Good morning everyone! We are back with our next podcast, this time covering the episode of The Alliance!
This was a big one and definitely one of my favorite episodes of Season 1 from The Office for a number of reasons. The primary reason is this is our introduction of the Party Planning Committee in which we see this dream team plan our first birthday party of the series. I am excited for more of their planning in the future, especially because I see myself siding with Angela in a lot of ways.
I also loved how this episode shows how the television show Survivor was such a popular show that it found its way into this series. While we could not recall an instance where we entered into an alliance at work, we would love to hear from any listeners who can admit they did enter into one and what that looked like.
We also ended up talking a lot more about office refrigerator etiquette than I thought we would. But that is good because that is the goal of this podcast, to help showcase how real many aspects of this show actually are.
